There are many snowboarding stores across Canada and the U.S but not a single store can match out prices. Our prices are 10-20 % lower then at any other store! Also Szewczyk`s shop has the best quality gear, and longest warranty time. Each product has a warranty of 2 years and some boards depending on quality have over a 5 year warranty!

WEAKNESS: Not many people know about our snowboarding shop.
We are new to the snowboarding gear industry.
Opportunities: Our opportunities are not limited, soon we will start selling winter wear such as jackets, and snowboarding pants and such.
Also we want to start selling helmets, goggles, gloves, boots, skii`s, everything a person needs to start snowboarding!
This will help us expand our business and make the maximum revenue. We will also be the one stop shop for snowboarding gear,
so costumers no longer need to go from to place to buy snowboarding products.
Threats: We are not the only store that sells winter wear, there are major shops such as sport check and sports authority.
We aren`t a big store yet, we still have to expand over Canada and the U.S.
Other snowboarding shops may have more variety then Szewczyk`s Shop but we have the cheapest prices.
